Job Summary
Ensure overall quality of care, supervision, and safety for clients by overseeing Residential supervisors, conducting weekly Client Care Committee meetings, and reviewing weekly reports. Provide leadership on facility operations, approve staff schedules and payroll, and manage placement, interviews, and on-site training for new hires. Direct House Managers on challenging issues, ensure continuous staff training, and collaborate with HR on investigations. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, guardians, and agencies while ensuring all policies and individual plans are followed. Submit weekly status reports to the Executive Director and attend PCSP and PBSP meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or two years specialized training emphasizing Social Services, and at least three years' experience working within a business, mental health, or social services setting
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience supervising 5 - 30 employees
- Background in running Independent and Supported Living Services
- First Aid/CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a Washington Driver's License
- Must provide own vehicle (Company vehicle not provided) and auto insurance
- Must be willing to cover shifts as needed and be part of on-call rotation
- Must be able to obtain an NAR within 90 days of hire
