Maintain clear communication with dispatch and adhere to Lake's 100% remote operational model. This full-time, W-2 position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $30 to $36 plus up to 30% commission per completed call, with estimated annual earnings of $80,000–$95,000+. Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Residential Appliance eRepair Experience
- Valid driver's license
- ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing appliances using multimeters, schematics, and tools
- knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong communication skills to explain repairs and manage client expectations
- proven ability to handle frustrated customers
- Ability to manage high call volumes, coordinate parts, and optimize routes
- Willingness to learn Lake's processes, and new technologies (e.g., smart appliances)
- Enthusiasm for team collaboration and community involvement (e.g., volunteering)
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification
- Sealed system repair experience (e.g., compressors, evaporators)
- Mentoring or supervisory experience (valued for Full-Line Technicians)
- Familiarity with Whirlpool, Samsung, LG appliances and warranty work
