Residential Apartment Painter, Sioux Falls

Residential Apartment Painter responsible for painting interior and exterior apartment areas and common spaces to prepare units for move-in. Duties include drywall repairs as needed, maintaining clean work areas, managing supplies within budget, coordinating with vendors/contractors, assisting with scheduling and work orders, and supporting safety training. Requires proficiency in MS Office/Outlook, strong communication and organizational skills, teamwork, customer service orientation, reliability, and ability to handle physical tasks (standing, walking, kneeling, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs).
