Job Summary
Residential Aide role supporting counseling staff in delivering alcohol and drug-related services within a residential unit. Responsibilities include assisting with unit maintenance, transporting patients to appointments and related activities, monitoring and documenting patient activities, reporting infractions to counselors or supervisors, and adhering to agency policies. Requires pre-employment drug screening, background check, and TB test. Must have a High School Diploma or GED; CPR and First-Aid certification; valid driver's license; basic computer skills. QMAP certification is preferred but not required. Competitive salary with benefits; shifts available with hourly rates ($16.50–$17.65).
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: willingness to learn dynamics of substance misuse; preferred prior experience in substance misuse or human services
- CPR and First-Aid certification (agency will cover training)
- Valid driver's license and insurability
- Basic computer skills
- QMAP certification preferred but not required
