Job Summary
Provide structure and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community after incarceration using a strengths-based, client-centered approach. Work with Community Justice program staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients toward successful community reintegration while maintaining professional boundaries. Support individualized recovery plans focused on life skills development and reducing recidivism within an 8-bed residential work release program. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and 2+ years of relevant experience. Full-time and part-time shifts available with a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide
- Associate's Degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Regular and predictable attendance
