Job Summary
Scheduling and supervising all Residential Aides while coordinating supply inventory and assisting with transportation logistics. Ensure continuous quality improvement and substantial compliance with DBHR, DOH, and Federal Regulations by monitoring safety concerns and submitting statistical reports for contract performance indicators. Orient new staff to assigned units and present in-service training addressing changing milieu trends. Maintain standards under WAC 246-341 and DBHR licensure while overseeing clients with diverse behavioral and psychological needs. This role supports the premier Pacific Northwest provider of substance use and mental health services through dedicated supervision and therapeutic milieu maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current unencumbered driver license
- Proof of current car insurance
- CPR/1st Aid certification
- Demonstrated experience providing supervision and/or mentoring to subordinate staff or co-workers
- Demonstrated experience at providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals early in recovery from alcohol and other drugs
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Great attendance
- Ability to work well with others
- Licensure with the Department of Health
- Specialized training and/or equivalent experience in the field of substance use dependency treatment
- Knowledge of DBHR, WACs and RCWs of Washington
- Autonomy, maturity, sound judgment, and creativity
