Job Summary
Provide direct client care in an intensive, short-term residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program for pregnant women and women with children, delivering educational skills to enhance recovery and quality of life. Respond effectively to meet the needs of clients, co-workers, safe facility operations, community members, and funders while providing comprehensive substance use treatment services in individual or group settings. Maintain regular and predictable attendance for this 24-hour, 7-day, 52-week program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Regular and predictable attendance
