Job Summary
Provide direct client care for an intensive, short-term residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program serving pregnant women and mothers with young children. Deliver educational skills to enhance client knowledge, awareness, and quality of life in recovery within individual or group settings. Respond effectively to meet the needs of clients, co-workers, safe facility operations, community members, and funders while maintaining safe facility operations. Work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year as part of the care team providing comprehensive substance use treatment services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Regular and predictable attendance
