Job Summary
Conduct direct client care including activities of daily living, safety support, and health and wellness monitoring. Assist program staff and establish respectful relationships with residents while maintaining a safe, harm-free environment. Support clients' recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness within the Residential Behavioral Health Treatment care team. Requires high school diploma, two years of relevant experience, and a valid Connecticut driver's license. Earn up to a $1,500 sign-on incentive plus bonuses after 90 days, six months, and one year.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Regular and predictable attendance
