Job Summary
Deliver direct client care by managing activities of daily living and supporting safety, health, and wellness for residents transitioning from psychiatric hospitals. Establish respectful relationships with people served while assisting program staff to maintain a safe, harm-free environment for all. Work within the Residential Behavioral Health Treatment care team to support recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness. Earn up to $1,500 in sign-on incentives and bonuses based on tenure. Full-time, 30-hour third shift position with medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Regular and predictable attendance
