Job Summary
Conduct direct client care including activities of daily living, safety, health, and wellness support. Assist program staff while establishing respectful relationships with residents transitioning from psychiatric hospitals. Maintain a safe, harm-free environment for all individuals recovering from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness. Work full-time, 40 hours, second shift Tuesday through Saturday from 2:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Park Street Inn in New Haven.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Regular and predictable attendance
