Job Summary
Maintain physical environment and program standards to meet CHR, DMHAS, JCAHO, and licensing requirements. Monitor resident medications per policy, assist with medical and psychiatric needs, and facilitate educational groups and skill-building interventions. Teach residents nutrition, hygiene, and basic home care skills while documenting all activities in compliance with agency standards. Collaborate with providers and families to coordinate care and transfer daily events to staff. Participate in scheduled meetings, supervision, and trainings as assigned. Full-time, 40 hours/week, Friday-Tuesday, 12am-8:30am. Valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid required. Milestone is a 7-30-day intensive residential treatment center for women with substance abuse and trauma histories.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Human Services with responsible work history
- Valid driver's license required with good driving record
- CPR & First Aid Certification required OR must obtain within 90 days of employment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
