Job Summary
Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) support adults with disabilities in a residential home setting by assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transportation to appointments. Responsibilities include cooking and serving meals, cleaning, shopping for groceries, personal care assistance, medication administration, helping with goal attainment, and coordinating community outings. Full-time daytime or evening shifts available (7:00am–3:00pm or 7:00am–11:00pm) with optional part-time scheduling; paid training provided. Requires completion of background clearances (ACT 33/34, FBI) and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- 18 yrs. or older
- Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
- Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
