Job Summary
Residential Aide provides direct client care, assisting with activities of daily living and supporting safety, health, and wellness within a residential behavioral health treatment setting. Works with the care team to support recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness; builds respectful relationships with residents; contributes to maintaining a safe, harm-free environment; mandatory orientation at Roscommon office in Middletown; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 403(b) with match, disability and life insurance, PTO, holidays. Requires High School Diploma/GED, 2+ years of relevant experience, and a valid CT driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
