Job Summary
Residential Aide responsible for direct client care including activities of daily living and providing support for safety, health, and wellness, assisting program staff, and contributing to a safe, harm-free environment. Works with Community Justice staff to help rehabilitate and guide clients from incarceration back into the community. Orientation required and benefits include medical/dental/vision, 403(b) with employer matching, disability and life insurance, PTO, holidays. Location: Uncasville, CT; Schedule: Per Diem (days/hours vary).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
