Job Summary
Monitor the facility area, provide resources to clients, and maintain a safe, stable environment through hourly rounds inside and outside the site. Greet visitors, escort them to destinations, and screen residents and packages to prevent prohibited items. Complete intakes, property searches, and distribute mail while accepting and serving food deliveries. Transport clients to community appointments using the company vehicle and facilitate onsite laundry and shower resources. Report incidents, document daily attendance and shift reports, and provide relief support for 311 operations.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Associates degree preferred
- CPR and First Aid certifications a plus
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and/or mental health or substance use issues is a plus
- Valid NY, NJ, CT, or PA driver's license with a good driving record, as defined by Breaking Ground is preferred
