Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- One year of related work experience preferably in a social service setting
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make responsible decisions with minimal supervision
- Ability to empathize and serve as a role model
- Ability to adhere to The Salvation Army Mission Statement
