Residential Advisor - Sunday & Monday OFF (62830)

Mentor, motivate, and guide young adults (ages 16–24) as they build brighter futures through education and career training. Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive living space by providing guidance while maintaining a positive dormitory environment. Lead by example, setting the tone for responsibility and growth through leadership role modeling techniques. Host dorm activities, groups, and recreational events including required meetings, arts and crafts, and game nights. Coach students through life skills, conflict resolution, and personal development, offering proactive counseling on behavior, training, hygiene, and study habits. Conduct accountability roll calls for minor students throughout the shift and assist in student retention by fostering positive peer relationships. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 3pm to 12am, with Sunday and Monday off, earning $22.21/hour.
