Residential Advisor, Substitute

Provide proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and program achievement. Patrol and monitor dormitories to ensure safety, resolve behavioral problems, and conduct daily inspections. Direct dorm activities, assist in cleanup and maintenance, and recommend supplies for student needs. Prepare morning reports, maintain updated student files in CIS, and conduct group sessions and career preparation activities. Transport students to recreational functions, airports, or bus stations as required. Support and enforce the Zero Tolerance Policy while modeling appropriate behaviors. Maintain accountability of students and property, adhering to safety practices and cultivating a harassment-free environment. High school diploma required with one year of youth experience preferred; valid driver's license and computer proficiency necessary.
