Residential Advisor, Substitute

Provide guidance to students, promote positive group living relations, and ensure program achievement in compliance with directives. Patrol and monitor dormitories to ensure safety, resolve behavioral problems, and conduct daily inspections. Direct dorm activities, assist in cleanup and maintenance, and recommend supplies for dorm living. Prepare morning reports, maintain student files and records in the center information system, and conduct group sessions. Transport students to recreational functions, airports, or bus stations as required. Support the Job Corps' Zero Tolerance Policy by modeling appropriate behaviors and intervening on negative conduct.
