Residential Advisor-Shift: 3:00 pm - 12:00 midnight

Residential Advisor providing supervision, mentoring, and behavioral guidance to Job Corps Center youth (ages 16-24) in a federally funded residential program; duties include ensuring on-time attendance and daily routines, supervising dorms and meals, facilitating programming and counseling, documenting progress via reports/logs, obtaining family consent for passes when warranted, and conducting perimeter checks for safety. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check, and adherence to federal contractor policies on marijuana.
