Residential Advisor in Roswell Job Corps housing role providing daily supervision of residents, dorm-life coordination, counseling on stress and personal issues, maintains student records per DOL requirements, conducts bed checks, leads life-skills groups, ensures safety and confidentiality, coordinates with management, delivers CPR/First Aid, and participates in trainings to support students’ transition to education, career training, and campus life.
Required Qualifications
