Job Summary
Conduct roving inspections of residences and provide direct oversight of member living arrangements to ensure safety, cleanliness, and recovery environment standards. Support members with activities of daily living, including meal planning, medication self-administration observation, and crisis de-escalation. Facilitate and document group sessions, complete incident reports, and maintain progress notes in the Electronic Health Record by shift end. Transport members per directives and observe alcohol and drug screenings as assigned. Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 20 lbs and apply restraint techniques in emergency situations following regulatory guidelines. Work Sunday 7 am-3:30 pm and Monday through Thursday 3 pm-11:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must possess a valid, non-commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate company vehicles in accordance with safety regulations
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs
- Ability to apply physical restraint techniques in emergency situations
- Specific training in crisis de-escalation
- Knowledge of proper restraint methods
- Knowledge of detailed incident reporting as per facility policy and regulatory guidelines
