Job Summary
Conduct roving inspections of residences to ensure safety, cleanliness, and recovery environment standards. Support members with medication administration, daily living activities, meal planning, and transportation. Facilitate and document group sessions, complete incident reports, and maintain progress notes in the Electronic Health Record. Assist with fire and disaster drills, observe drug screenings, and implement interventions aligned with the Treatment Plan. Provide coaching on socialization, conflict resolution, and crisis support while navigating public transit. Maintain physical readiness for tasks including lifting up to 20 lbs and applying restraint techniques in emergencies. Report behavioral observations to the Treatment Team and seek supervision when uncertain. Engage with external parties professionally while upholding the organization's mission and core values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must possess a valid, non-commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate company vehicles in accordance with safety regulations
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs
- Specific training in crisis de-escalation
- Specific training in proper restraint methods
