Residential Advisor - Overnights

Supervise students to ensure a safe, secure, and orderly dormitory environment by conducting periodic checks, maintaining logs, and enforcing proper conduct. Manage daily operations including scheduling clean-ups, overseeing cafeteria and laundry areas, and transporting students to activities and events. Identify and assist students with special problems while conducting dormitory meetings and maintaining close communication with counselors and staff. Initiate dormitory programs, model appropriate employability skills, and support safety and security protocols across the center.
