Residential Advisor Overnight shift: 11:30pm - 8:30am ($ 1,000.00 Sign on Bonus)

Meet bi-weekly with assigned students to manage incidents, address issues, and express resolution plans. Conduct dormitory inspections to ensure acceptable ratings and log conditions during rounds. Maintain accurate student folders, medical and AWOL removal logs, and accountability documents, submitting all reports within established time frames. Notify other staff to coordinate services via memo, phone, or conversation. Actively participate in events while modeling employment skills and completing assignments within time frames. Ensure data accuracy and timely submission to support student goals.
