Guide students to ensure positive group living relations and achieve program goals by providing daily counseling, group sessions, and independent living skills. Patrol and monitor dormitories to resolve behavioral issues, enforce the Zero Tolerance Policy, and promote safe peer leadership. Assist in unit government, direct cleanup and maintenance efforts, and recommend supplies for dorm living. Prepare daily operations reports, maintain student files, and enter case notes into the center information system. Determine and arrange student visits to counselors as needed. Work overtime when directed with regular, predictable attendance.
