Job Summary
Residential Advisor responsible for guiding students to maintain positive group living relations and achieve program goals; duties include coordinating visits to counselors, developing retention plans with a designated counselor, directing dorm activities, monitoring dormitory safety, assisting with recreational and transportation logistics, preparing reports, maintaining student records, conducting group sessions, and supporting career preparation activities and CSS training; requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and computer proficiency; located at Joliet Job Corps Center, Joliet, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- one year experience working with youth preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
