Residential Advisor

Patrol and monitor residential dormitories to ensure student safety and compliance with center rules. Assist with recreational activities, direct students during cleanup and maintenance tasks, and provide prompt assistance for injuries, illnesses, or emotional incidents while documenting all activities. Foster an atmosphere conducive to character development through positive behavior encouragement and supportive customer service. This role supports the Centennial Job Corps Center in Nampa, ID, where staff improve lives for local youth. Full-time positions offer 8-hour shifts on the 2nd shift (3pm to 12 am) with a wage of $19.25 per hour.
