Job Summary
The Residential Advisor for Student Leadership is responsible for enhancing student life through programming and support in a residential setting. Key responsibilities include providing coverage within residence halls, supporting leadership development for the Student Government Association, responding to student concerns, and maintaining a safe and engaging community. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, with active pursuit of a Master's degree preferred, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
