Job Summary
Residential Advisor needed to supervise and mentor students in a Center setting, ensuring timely attendance for training/work, assisting with daily routines, dorm cleanliness, personal hygiene, and safety. Responsibilities include informal counseling, documenting student records, facilitating life-skills groups (budgeting, leases, chores), conducting accountability checks, managing minor accountability forms, coordinating with families for passes when required, and maintaining a respectful, harassment-free environment. Requires HS diploma/GED, driver’s license, and experience working with youth; prior experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One-year related experience preferred
- Experience working with youth
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
