Job Summary
Provide guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achieve program goals. Monitor dormitories and centers for safety, resolve behavioral problems, and enforce the Zero Tolerance Policy. Assist in unit activities, direct cleanup and maintenance, and recommend or requisition supplies. Prepare daily operations reports, maintain student files, and enter case notes into the information system. Deliver counseling, group sessions, and independent living skills while modeling appropriate behaviors. Work overtime when directed with regular, predictable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience
- Regular and predictable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degrees
- A valid in-State Driver's License
