Job Summary

Teach lecture, laboratory, and clinical practicum courses in the Nursing program, utilizing effective strategies to model learning skills for diverse student populations. Create high engagement through activities, community building, and synchronous sessions using live classroom tools. Rotate between on-campus instruction and off-site clinical partner locations as assigned. Requires a Master's degree in Nursing, documented Maternal-Child role experience, and one year of clinical RN experience. Active RN licensure, CPR certification, and immunization documentation are mandatory. Part-time flexible scheduling of 10-15 hours per week with competitive hourly rates ranging from $38.00 to $60.00. Training is provided for those without prior teaching experience.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Nursing
  • Documented experience in Maternal-Child roles
  • 1-year clinical experience as an RN
  • Proof of active RN licensure that has never been encumbered
  • Official transcripts required for each degree earned from an accredited institution
  • Active CPR certification administered by either the American Heart Association or The American Red Cross
  • applicable faculty immunization documentation

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years [of clinical experience as an RN] preferred
