Residential Adjunct Instructor - Maternal-Child Nursing

Job Summary
Teach lecture, laboratory, and clinical practicum courses in the Nursing program, utilizing diverse strategies to engage students through synchronous sessions and community building. Model appropriate learning skills within a supportive environment for a diverse population, with courses delivered on campus or at off-site clinical partner locations. No prior teaching experience is necessary as training is provided. This role requires a Master's degree in Nursing, documented Maternal-Child experience, and one year of clinical RN experience. Active RN licensure and CPR certification are mandatory. Part-time flexible scheduling generally consists of 10-15 hours per week, with competitive hourly rates based on course types.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Nursing
- Documented experience in Maternal-Child roles
- 1-year clinical experience as an RN
- Proof of active RN licensure that has never been encumbered
- Official transcripts required for each degree earned from an accredited institution
- Active CPR certification administered by either the American Heart Association or The American Red Cross
- applicable faculty immunization documentation
