Job Summary
Manage delinquency through efficient rental collections, posting rents, daily deposits, and filing legal proceedings in accordance with county codes. Oversee property and office administration including reporting, lease files, audits, and renewals while contributing to leasing benchmarks and resident retention via monthly goals and outreach initiatives. Collaborate with the Property Manager to focus on rental collections, mitigate resident delinquencies, and develop retention strategies to decrease vacancies and increase revenues. This role requires a 4-year college degree, 1-3 years of property management experience, and strong financial analysis skills. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 USD with additional bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the Property Management industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding requirements of the job
- Strong Financial Analysis, Budgeting, P&L Management skills
- Experience in luxury or market-rate segment is preferred
- Experience should include some knowledge of industry software systems; preferably Yardi
