Job Summary
Manage residential restoration and reconstruction opportunities from estimate through project completion by delivering and explaining estimates to homeowners. Coordinate with operations, estimating, construction, insurance adjusters, and accounting to ensure seamless project execution. Provide proactive project updates, resolve issues quickly while advocating for both the customer and the company, and maintain accurate documentation within company systems. Follow up with customers to help convert opportunities into sold projects and build long-term relationships that create outstanding experiences. This role requires an exceptional communicator who is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commission is $55,000-$60,000 base plus performance incentives.
