Residente Obra Civil

Execute physical work at the assigned construction front while planning activities, materials, and personnel to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety standards. Quantify material requirements for supervisor approval and review, then supervise daily quality against established norms. Verify delivered materials and equipment match purchase orders and specifications. Collaborate with the superintendent to present progress updates and integrate work into the general program. Close out projects with subcontractors by managing punch lists, manuals, as-built plans, warranties, equipment training, and delivery. Requires Civil Engineering or Architecture degree with over three years of industrial construction experience.
