Job Summary
Lead the Resident Care/Wellness Department at Queenstown Landing, overseeing compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, and hands-on care to ensure resident needs are met per physician orders and state regulations. Provide ongoing leadership to team members, ensure staffing levels and shift schedules operate at high levels, and deliver comprehensive feedback and performance evaluations. Ensure residents' rights and best practices in assisted living are upheld, with a focus on quality of care and team development. This role requires RN licensure, supervisory experience in senior living, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current MD RN license in good standing
- Four (4) or more years of Senior Living/Assisted Living/Long-term/Skilled Care experience in a supervisory capacity is required
- Current Drivers License is required
- CPR certification is required
