Resident Wellness Associate

Job Summary
Promotes and maintains the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents in a senior living/memory care community. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care. Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), monitors health changes, encourages participation in social/recreational activities, provides emotional support to residents and families, assists with meal service and nutrition, maintains a clean and safe environment, completes required documentation accurately, performs daily housekeeping, serves residents meals, ensures dignity and respect, answers call bells, and participates in rotating weekend shifts. Requires standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent; experience with seniors preferred but not required; strong communication and teamwork skills; background check and drug screening required; mandatory meetings; shift availability includes rotating weekends and holidays.
