Job Summary
Provide ADL assistance to senior residents (dressing, bathing, grooming, meals) and offer meaningful companionship in a safe, welcoming environment. Observe resident well-being and communicate any physical or behavioral changes to the supervisor. Part-time shifts include afternoon (2nd) and overnight (3rd) with a rotating weekend requirement; 20 to 29 hours per week. Roles available for Uncertified Resident Wellness Associates (2nd/3rd shifts) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) (2nd/3rd shifts) with pay rates per shift. Training provided; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and drug screenings
