Resident Wellbeing Manager | Victoria

Job Summary
Lead wellbeing initiatives across multiple Victorian retirement living communities, including dementia awareness, volunteer programs and ageing well partnerships; support village teams through complex wellbeing situations and vulnerable resident matters; partner with Home Care providers to improve resident outcomes and monitor service delivery performance; use resident insights and operational feedback to identify opportunities for improvement; influence wellbeing outcomes across multiple communities rather than a single site; collaborate with Village Managers, Area Managers, Home Care partners and the Head of Resident Wellbeing & Customer Experience to deliver Levande's Everyday Wellbeing strategy across the Victorian portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retirement living, aged care, healthcare, community services, hospitality or another customer-focused service environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading programs, projects or operational initiatives
- The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on support
- Strong administration, reporting and data analysis capability
- Home Care, MyAgedCare, residential aged care or dementia-related experience will be highly regarded.
