Job Summary
Operate cameras, direct video shoots, and stage productions with attention to lighting, audio, and location. Provide post-production editing, create motion graphics, and collaborate on story concepts, editing, and set design to support weekend services and ministry events. Coordinate volunteers, work with the broadcast team during services, and attend bi-weekly leadership meetings. Requires proficiency in video editing software, Canon equipment, and storytelling visualization. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to shoot locations are essential. Available for occasional evening and weekend hours.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Some training and experience in digital video production or similar work
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Active pursuit of a career in ministry or a ministry related area
- Exploration of what a video role could look like inside of ministry
- Proficiency using video editing and motion graphics software (DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.)
- Proficiency with different types of cameras (Canon line), lenses, filters, and equipment
- Ability to brainstorm or visualize different ways to tell stories in terms of composition, lighting, audio, location and effectively translate it into digital visual media
- Natural storyteller
