Job Summary
Resident Transporter at The Southwood responsible for safely transporting residents to medical appointments, social outings, and activities; assist with boarding/exiting vehicles, maintain vehicles, coordinate transportation schedules, ensure safety and proper documentation, and provide friendly, professional customer service to residents. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a passenger transport vehicle (training provided). Preferred experience in transportation, healthcare, or customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and compassion for the elderly.
