Required Qualifications
- Experience or willingness to provide technology support in a senior living setting is a plus
- Ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting on multiple devices (computers, laptops, phones, tablets, smartphones)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to conduct group classes and one-on-one instructional sessions for seniors
- Experience in scheduling, ticketing, and documenting issues and resolutions
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of self-structuring work
- Background check, TB test, vaccinations (or masking in lieu of vaccinations) may be required
