Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

Job Summary
Assist the Architectural Qualified Person in supervising works on site, ensuring contractors execute tasks according to the contract documents and regulations. Conduct quality control, inspections, and maintain comprehensive site records. Verify documents, interpret design details, and resolve discrepancies. Supervise site safety and report on security and housekeeping matters. Attend coordination meetings, inspect completed works, and manage communications with Contractors. Cover duties of absent colleagues and fulfill other project-related responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Architecture or Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from local Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer
Desired Qualifications
- Registration with IES/ACES Singapore with a Resident Technical Officer's certificate for the past 5 years preferred
- Good working knowledge of Architectural and Interior Design finishing works
- Strong expertise in interpreting drawings and contract documents
- Good analytical abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Past work experience in Healthcare / Residential / Institutional projects preferred
