Job Summary
Resident Support Specialist (RSS) at a 150-bed, secure residential center in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include direct on-the-floor support for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, planning and delivering recreational and life-skills activities, medication dispensing, assisting with treatment orders, de-escalation and safety, intake processing, and partnering with security staff. Required Qualifications
