Job Summary
Coordinate and verify client movement while monitoring conduct and behavior during facility tours. Screen all clients and visitors entering the site, perform bag searches upon intake, and ensure adherence to facility, DSS, and OTDA policies. Conduct rounds through hallways, stairwells, and common areas to maintain visibility, de-escalate crisis situations, and document all interventions. Complete logs, incident reports, and administrative duties at the front desk while monitoring video surveillance and fire alarm systems. Support fire drills, evacuate the building when necessary, and assist with room turnover and supply inventory management. Inform management of physical condition issues and dangerous conditions.
