Required Qualifications

• •Understand and uphold Switchpoint's mission, values, policies, and procedures
• •Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and community partners
• •Maintain accurate shift logs and document significant incidents and activities
• •Listen to resident concerns and respond appropriately within the scope of the role
• •Communicate resident concerns to Case Management and Site Management
• •Conduct routine interior and exterior safety and security rounds, documenting and reporting concerns
• •Monitor security cameras and maintain activity logs
• •Ensure all visitors properly sign in and out and comply with visitor policies and curfew
• •Respond to safety and security concerns by contacting non-emergency dispatch or 911 when appropriate
• •Assist with convenience store transactions as assigned
• •Support daily site operations and perform other duties as assigned
• •Previous experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, or substance use disorders is highly preferred
• •Knowledge of mental health, trauma, and substance use challenges
• •Ability to model professionalism, maintain appropriate boundaries, and exercise sound judgment during crisis situations
• •Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• •Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively in a residential team environment
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams for documentation and communication
