Job Summary
Resident-Student Ministry role at Ada Bible Church entails planning and running Lifeline programming for middle/high school students, coordinating small group leaders, assisting in curriculum development and leader trainings, and facilitating volunteer care. The position emphasizes hands-on ministry leadership, collaboration with campus teams, bi-weekly meetings for spiritual formation and leadership development, and opportunities to run short-term student groups and teach Lifeline curriculum during the August 2026–May 2027 season. Strong candidates will be pursuing vocational ministry, be a junior/senior or within two years of undergraduate completion, and demonstrate growing leadership, clear communication with students and leaders, humility, initiative, and a commitment to disciple volunteers. Availability on Tuesdays (required), plus Wednesdays and Sundays, with potential for additional meetings. Location focus includes Grand Rapids, Rockford, and Caledonia, MI, with in-person duties at each campus.
