Job Summary
The Resident Services Specialist provides one-on-one support to residents on matters related to housing, education, employment, and financial services, while connecting them to community resources. Responsibilities include attending case conference meetings, facilitating wellness workshops, conducting client surveys, and maintaining data in the Salesforce database. Candidates should possess an Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, have one to two years in client engagement and case management, and be bilingual in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s in human service, sociology, psychology, or related field
- One to two years or more experience with client engagement
- Experience with case management
- Experience entering data in Salesforce
- Experience providing support for benefits applications
- Bilingual Spanish speaker
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish
